Troublebasic offers a 100% credit note or a refund for

full-priced items within the 30 days of the purchase date.

orders who used the first "welcome" discount code can also be returned for a refund.

credit notes will be at 100% of your order value, excluding the shipping costs.

credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed to then use on our online store.

please note, return shipping costs are the expense of the customer if you decide to return your order.

shipping costs are non - refundable.

we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping note of your tracking number,
